Do Omega-3’s Help Calcium Supplements Work Better?

There are multiple studies that have looked at the possible relationship between Omega-3 essential fatty acids from seafood and whether or not, when taken with calcium, they help the calcium work better to nourish bones. Omega-3 essential fatty acids like DHA, ALA, ETA, and EPA are plentiful in fish and also in New Zealand Greenlipped Mussel. In fact, ETA (eicosatetraenoic acid) is an Omega-3 found only in the New Zealand Greenlipped Mussel.
